Payment, Balance & Cancellation Policy Retreat Date: October 25, 2025 Total Price: $175 USD Payment Full payment of $175 USD is required upfront at the time of booking to secure your place. As the retreat date is fast approaching, we have a strict no-refund policy for any cancellations at this stage. Organiser Cancellation In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the option to: Reschedule your booking to a future event, or Receive a full refund of all monies paid within 10 days of the cancellation notice. Please note that we are not responsible for any travel fares, accommodation costs, or related expenses incurred by participants. Participant Responsibility It is each participant’s responsibility to take part in the retreat activities at their own discretion and comfort level. The organisers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the retreat.
