Taster sessions/Classes
​
Payment
All payments should be made in advance and should be made in full at the time of booking. We cannot confirm your place until we receive full payment.

Cancellation policy
Classes can be cancelled and refunded within 48hours of purchase, incurring a £25 fee or given the option to reschedule (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to a scheduled class will not be entitled to a refund/ rescheduling. In exceptional circumstances a discretion may be used.

Cancellations by us

We reserve the right to cancel or change the date of a class / course where necessary or it is impractical to run. By booking on any of our courses, workshops or taster sessions you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make amendments to the class content without notice. It is your responsibility to inform us in advance of any allergies or special requirements.

If we cancel your course or session for any reason, we will do our best to organise an alternative date within a reasonable period. If this is not possible, or you are unable to attend an alternative date, we will give a full refund.

Returns and exchanges
www.motionsofclay.co.uk gladly accepts returns and exchanges.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care must be taken when unpacking deliveries so as to prevent damage to the item(s).

I don’t accept cancelations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
